I'm looking for the ring that screws into the left arm of FSA SL-K MegaExo cranksets. It's labelled M27.

Just thought I'd see if anyone had a spare or could salvage one from a trashed crank.

I might have one. Send me an email reminder at bcart1991 (aol) so I remember to check my parts bin some time this week.

I finally did check my bin. I had the same problem you did, the retaining/self-extracting ring came out.

TheBay will probably be your best bet for cost, they're around $25 from FSA themselves (crank bolt assembly).

I think the one you're looking for is the one on the bottom. I picked one up from them a while back when I lost mine.

Universal Cycles: "Canada Postal will collect an additional $8.00 brokerage fee at time of delivery."

Sucks to live in Canada, at least from an online shopping perspective.

I'll go with eBay. Thanks for the help.

I think I have one, but I cant seem to unloosen it from the left crank arm. If you want the arm, let me know. Take a photo of your arm and I'll compare it. Mine is 172.5.

Sounds good... eBay to the rescue has always worked nicely for me. Glad you are good to go.
