Finally got through and signed up.
I am looking to break 5 hours too. I feel I could take 3-5 mins off each discipline. Second time around for this race and I won't be looking at the beautiful scenery as much I did on the first go.

It wasn't that I went out too hard on the swim and bike (plus I had a 30 minute break on the bike before a volunteer could help me get it fixed). Still working out my nutrition kinks and my gut was killing me for the entire run. Think I have it figured out now, thankfully, just in time for IMC next week!
