Thinnest steerer cable hanger for center pull brake available?

I am looking to switch to a center pull brake on my P4. Unfortunately I do not have any spacers or risers to remove. Plus I swapped out the standard dust cover and went to a VeloFlex .5mm dust cover.
I am also using a Ventus so no stem. What would be the thinnest cable hanger that is out there that I could add to the steerer tube like a spacer?
Or is there any other options with a Ventus?
Thanks!

I had one custom made, but its still about 10mm thick. I had to go custom, because the headtube of the P4 sticks out past the headset and there wasn't enough clearance for a regular one.

I use the FSA Orbit hanger, but it's not crazy thin:
As alternative, you could order the TriRig.com Omega brake with the built-in hanger:

Was looking at doing this while waiting for the Omega to be available. I have tweaks each week for race and my tweaks run out after next race :(
