I live in a very flat area and was wondering if anyone has used the computrainer for IM Louisville and has it helped them on the bike course on race day.

They have the Louisville course for the CT. If your asking if the CT is a good tool, yes it is.

Yeah, the CT takes some getting used to but works well since it adjusts the tension for you and allows you to get a more "road feel". Good luck.

I love my CT. I only have IMC and Kona but love them. I find the CT tougher than the actual ride. Especially on the downhills, with the CT you have to keep pedaling. I've been riding somewhat over the winter and am really looking forward to getting out to ride parts of the IMC course.

the course changed a little because of a bridge being under repair but i think it is pretty much the same. I have the video and will give it to you if you pay for the shipping. PM me ok. Karma is always a good thing!
