Pearl iZUMi, a leading manufacturer of cycling, running and athletic technical apparel is hiring an Assistant Manager in our Gilroy, CA. The store is located in the popular bay area Gilroy Premium Outlets, 20 minutes south of San Jose.

If so, then you might be the right person to join the awesome retail sales team at Pearl Izumi.

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic Assistant Manager with a serious passion for running and/or cycling. Ideal candidates will have strong sales skills, merchandising and customer service experience, and supervisory experience in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
We need a good communicator who can work with a team or unsupervised. We like candidates who are looking for 40 hours a week and (like all retail jobs) are okay working weekends and holidays. We'd also like candidates with marketing skills and good connections within the local active community.

Our shop is a warm, attractively-organized store with an informal atmosphere, and our customers need help picking out cycling and running apparel that will help them have a better experience practicing and competing in the sports they are passionate about.
