Before my last race, I was packing my transition bag and was terrified that I was forgetting something. I ended up not fogetting anything, but I want to prevent this panicing feeling from happening before A REALLY IMPORTANT race. So, here's my list.
What have I forgotten?? I've not yet done an IM, but if there's more to add for that, please do so!

- bike race number
- number belt
- goggles
- earplugs
- race swim cap
- two pairs of socks
- running shoes
- sunglasses
- hat/visor
- bike shoes
- helmet
- pump
- front tire (make sure it is in trunk!)
- towel for transition
- change of clothes
- bag for wet/dirty race clothes
- Fuel Belt
- Aero-bottle
- water bottles for bike
- nutrition (HammerGel, HEED, CarboPRO, etc.)
- permanent marker for body marking (beat the system!)
