Sadly no...We are still working on that one. We just got measurements in so it won't be long now. I'm predicting mid-October. Hopefully earlier. It might have to wait until next season. Keep your fingers crossed. We will let people in this forum know when it becomes available.

no they arent. usps only shows information up to when it leaves the US so dont get too worried...................yet!!

I know this is old but I love it when someone with an inside connection is able to fix a problem that is at a dead end and we are to restore our faith in a company and withhold flaming. If anything the op should be more pissed because a solution was available but he wasn't important enough to the company to get his issue resolved.

Ya, I know! ;)

To be fair to the larger companies though, sometimes the company is all set up and ready to go but the distributers or retailers don't cut the mustard. The "..they haven't got any .." line comes out and everyone gets pissed with the main company.

It doesn't take an ambassador or whoever to go straight to source. But we are used to dealing with retailers and distributers so take what they say as gospel.

In this case Giant always had them sitting there, ready to go. If at first you don't succeed always Google a number for the main peeps ;)

LOVE my cee gees! probably the least expensive "upgrade" i have on my tri-bike and the one that gives me the most comfort "bang per buck"!

i really don't know why these aren't on the "MUST HAVE" list for more people...
