I am on the market for compression sleeves but not sure which is the best. If you have experiences with compression sleeves, let me know your thoughts. Thanks
Hey brother - we've tested 10 pairs of socks and sleeves a little back. We'll dig it up for you until tomorrow and post it here. Our favorite is a swiss brand - hard to get in the US though - called BV Sports. We did not have any good experience with Skins and 2XU.Too soft, not enough compression.
The test will be up on http://www.tridudes.com but we'll post the exact link tomorrow once we've uploaded it.
Another one we've only tested the socks off but heard a lot of good about the sleeves is SL3 - we might even be able to get you a really good deal on those.
Rock on!

For racing I'd go with Zensahs. For recovery I actually prefer a cheap ($15 & free shipping) pair of medical grade (20-30mmHg) coolmax compression socks from ameswalker.com with the feet cut off.
I think the 2XUs look great, but haven't been impressed with the material or performance. ECMGN Therapy Silicon Valley: Depression, Neurocognitive problems, Dementias (Testing and Evaluation), Trauma and PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
After cutting the feet does the bottom of the sleeve start looking all tattered and unravel?
It looks a bit tattered (same as when we used to cut the toes off tube socks in college to make ghetto arm warmers), but isn't unraveling. Fine for around the house or under jeans. I've had the same pair for well over a year and they've been washed many times. Originally I cut the feet off so I could wear the same pair after workouts without needing to wash them constantly. The 20-30mmHg is good firm compression for recovery (racing socks are usually about 18mmHg). At $15 it's hard to go wrong (and this is coming from a guy who owns some of the $60 socks).
Here's the link: http://www.ameswalker.com/mencoolovcal.html The foot part is thick like Thorlos (which I hate...prefer thin socks like DeFeet), but if you like thick cushy socks... I love the Desoto Sleeves. They make a huge difference with an anterior tibialis issue I've been having. They are made of their forza material which offers nice compression. I also like them because they don't have a "sock" like material feel like some of the others, which in my opinion feels better in the water. Not sure what the compression valus are on the Desoto's though.
I tried the 2XU's but had issues with the seams after only a few days.
I would like to give Zoots and Compressport a chance, but I can't find the Compressports in the US.
Be offended if you want but there is a difference between a reputable medical compression materials company making socks at a well-known and open German factory and a Chinese textile company making something 'to spec'. Zoot and 2XU sell their sleeves at nearly identical prices...do you really think their production costs are the same? What would you rather spend your money on, marketing or production?
I have 2XUs...worn them about 3-4 times now...on the bike, skiing, whenever. I like them. If they lose their elasticity like everyone says, I'll try something else.
By the by, I just bought a new pair of zoot socks 30% off...Zoot and CEP are mead in the same factory if the same material. My new pair are almost identical to me CEP. I like the both very much.
Hey guys - send them on over and we'll review them as well :-) - it's time for an update anyways. A lot of new products out there. They look great by the way - and your socks did really well in the last test.

As someone had mentioned before, Compressport is the best I've tried as well. Currently only available online for the USA (Swiss Company), but with a 30 day money back guarantee you can't go wrong.
