Well NY got a little lucky, otherwise a great game! Both Lundqvist and Bishop were steller, can't wait for game 2. If the west is as good we are in for some great hockey!

It's going to be June in 6 days. In the name of global warming - I say we demand all ice plants be shut down in the northern hemisphere from April 1 to December 15th. That should cut down the carbon emissions a bit!

Want to start a riot in Canada? Close all the rinks for the summer..lol

Now I have some faith in the comeback . . . .If the Hawks pull it out Anaheim will have their spirit crushed

Or not. D'oh...

How does Danny Hart sit down with balls that big?

Da da da, da da da, da da da, da da da.

2-0 Saad and Hossa. Hossa has been snakebitten. Nice to see him get it going. Now if we can just keep Bickel off the puck, we've got a good chance.

Something that hasn't meant anything in this series is a lead at any point in the game.

As I type, 3-0, Big game Kane!

No lead is safe. Especially when your goalies name is Crawford.

Can't sit back on their heals.

1 more period. Let's go Hawks!

Last years loss to the queens still stings. Hopefully that is fresh in their minds and they put this one to rest on Saturday.

Rangers v. Blackhawks for the cup.

Two of the orriginal six.

Tampa Bay v Anahiem sounds like a surfing competition.

And would be the NHL's worst nightmare, who would watch?

No dog in the fight in either series, just excited about watching a pair of Game 7's this weekend. Playoff hockey at it's best!

May I suggest rooting for Chicago. It's a fine city in flyover territory between the East Coast and West Coast with dogged determination and the heart of a winner?

Also who roots for a team named after an Emilio Estevez movie? A Charlie Sheen movie maybe, but Emilio?

Good piece on Grantland earlier this week about how this could be last hurrah for the Hawks given their cap issues. That series has been absolutely crazy with all the comebacks and overtimes.

I'm calling it in 5. Anaheim was a far superior team than TB. TB plays the Hawks up and down style, only the Hawks do it better. We have many more Veterans that have been there. Hawks in 5.

For a game 7 of a fairly contested series, that was a statement win, and a shellacking. HAWKS!!!!!!!!

darn it...I had Tampa vs Anaheim in the finals with Anaheim winning the cup.

Chicago sure does look strong but I do not trust the goalie. I am taking Tampa in 6 (Bishop has to steal 2 games or else it could be Hawks in 5).

What a great playoff season.
