I'm the same height and weight as you and have a pair of size 2 tall Zoot compressRX tights and l/s shirt and a pair of small Skins RY400. I tried the medium skins and decided to go small for a more compressive fit.

The skins go on easy, the zoots take some wiggling (though I've heard that means they are the right size). I don't wear either much (and never have) and I'd part with either if you're interested.
