Please keep in mind I'm new to this 3 sport deal when I ask this. I bought me a speed concept trained and did two tri's, now with the fall coming in tri's are not really my focus. Actually don't really have a focus, but my question is this. I want to keep my bike fitness going by either road biking or mtn biking, so I'm curious can I bike 3-4 times one week with maybe 1-2 runs that same week then flip flop the next with more runs and less bike? I really just want to do this until maybe the first of year until I decide what my next tri goal will be. Is this a waste or could this keep my fitness level up until I'm ready to go back at it?
