the link is down now. I started messaging everyone I knew on Facebook looking for a contact at the local PD. I got in touch with a friend from the local triathlon community that worked for the PD. He set up a sting to meet the guy to buy the bike. Bike has been recovered, he said I could pick up on Tuesday. Guy got popped for possession of stolen property, but was probably not the thief. The PD are trying to shake him down for the name of the thief, so hopefully that plays out. Happy Easter to ME!

Congratulations on getting your bike back. Hopefully most cyclists are mart enough to realize a fishy ad when they see one.

I Did not know it was your bike listed on craigslist. I thought you thought it might be stolen. Without a doubt if it was my bike I would have contacted police and created a sting operation. What cut was it in?

Congrats on getting your bike is back!
