I sprained my ankle yesterday and I am racing my first HIM at Steelhead in 2 weeks. UGH! I think it will be good enough to go by race day if I can stay off it and keep it iced. It's my first half so I don't have any major goals except to just enjoy the experience. FOP swimmer and BOP biker and runner. Fitness wise I am ready. Just looking for advice on maintaining fitness over the next couple weeks without aggravating the injury. Any advice would help me from freaking out.

If swimming and biking are still an option then you should be fine.
I can swim. Definitely can't bike yet.
