I'm hoping someone will advise me.... I am training for IMMT and have just two long rides left. I just did 105 on Friday. Is Wednesday too soon to ride about the same distance? My body feels fine/recovered, and while I'd rather have two more days before thinking about it again, Wednesday's what works best this week. I want to get the ride in this week, without compromising everything I've done up until now.
