I've seen them in person and wasn't impressed. I'll stick with bar tape

I've begun using tennis overgrip wrap on my aerobar extensions. They're thin and grippy. Granted, my longest ride in them is ~3 hours, but I had zero issues with comfort.

ODI makes two different ones, the Lite version looks fairly thin.

Like the look of the ODI ones, thin and 2*200mm is enough for both aero and base. I'll give these a try. Only place I could find online in EU:

Thanks for the offer, but ordered already. What's the reason for you not using them then? Tried them on? Likes/dislikes.

I like these, here cut in half and put on alu Zipps. Slides on easily with the help of some Fairy dish washing liquid, like glued now when dry, will not move, twisting.

Nice. I picked up a set from here:

Also picked up these and thinking about using the bulged part on the base bar.

I wish Ergon would offer those basebar grips for other companies aside from Canyon though, those look great.

Yep hairspray. And it doesn't break down the rubber.

Could you cut up an old tube and use that?

Just put a set of ESIs on my extensions and love them. I plan on doing the basebar too. I also went with the Racers Edge and I'm glad I did because they still look pretty chunky on there.

They were damn near impossible to get on though, especially with the di2 wire going under them. It took a lot of patience and a lot of hairspray.

Just a little something I 3D printed. I've actually been meaning to make a post about it. I want to make a new version that fits my junction box in there as well for some pretty slick cable routing. Maybe this weekend...

I like the Garmin location. I've got a similar position - xlab torpedo almost at end of aero bars so no room to put Garmin in front of bottle. I came up w something but don't like it. Going to play around more this weekend. It's essentially sitting on the nose of the bottle via clear silicon tape.

The base bar ends are only 0.5 mm thicker than the extensions, so it shouldn't be a problem.

On basebar, no problems. DIY Di2 switch behind brake lever, cut a hole with scissors to fit.

Nice work! I was able to install the grips on my Zipp base bar, turned out nicely but was thinking of how to install SRAM eTap blips down the road. Thanks for sharing.
