Hi,
I will need to replace all my bike cables soon and I'm wondering if there is shift and brake cables that are Slowtwicth approved ;) i.e. best of the best.
Or is every cables the same shit...
Thanks!
Can't go wrong with Shimano cables.
They are better than Jagwire, SRAM, Yokozuna and Alligator i-link?
I use the bulk shifter cable and housing from Jagwire.
I do so many bikes that I buy 50 feet of housing at a time. Something that makes the job easier and better is having metal ferrules for shifter and brake cables, the plastic ones work but aren't as good.
Also, an inline adjuster is nice for the rear deraileur cuz a few days after you replace the cables they are going to settle in and need a slight adjustment.

Shimano housing is pretty good, as is Jagwire. I've not had any issues using either. I usually have my LBS cut me a long length of each to recable a bike, and get all the ferrules and wire end caps.
Another vote for Shimano.

Shimano PTFE cable and housing.
