We just released a new computer mount which will accommodate the larger screens like the Edge 1000 has. Here is the Torpedo, new computer mount and Garmin 1000. We have other pics with other models as well.

It is still pretty tight. In the next couple of weeks we will have another new computer mount which will actually replace the dolphin tail on the top. See picture on the right, it is called the Space Saver.

Like Candice pointed out, the torpedo system is a little tight. So i bought these metal braces and modified it to my liking so i can use the torpedo bottle or a regular bottle on training rides. I took the garmin mount that comes with the system and attached it to a brace and zip tied the brace as forward as possible on my extensions. This allows me to pull a bottle out without having to fudge with hitting the garmin. it also allows me to independently position the garmin and torpedo cage.

the modifications i did also positions the garmin in my line of sight so i dont have to move my head to look. I know it sounds ridiculous because i dont have to move much or look far but i suits my preferences.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Candace, is the mount secured via rubber bands or is it built in?

Also, don't you have a mount coming out called the C mount that attaches to the aerobars? wouldn't that be another option for me as well?

The Aero Computer Mount bolts onto the Torpedo Mini Mount. Then you use the Quarter turn mount from Garmin and strap that on with O-rings. For the Space Saver you bolt the Space Saver into the slot where the Dolphin tail goes. Then again strap the quarter turn mount onto the Space Saver using the O-rings.
