I would like to know how much difference between Austin 70.3 and IM Arizona's Swim, Bike, Run course. Which is harder? Give me your advice/tips about Austin 70.3 and IMAZ. My goal time for Austin 70.3 is 4:35. If I meet my goal at 4:35, am I possible to doing under 10 hours at IM AZ? Thanks for your help!
