Hi, my name is Jesse Bartholomew and some of you may know me from my days at PowerTap. I now work for Trek and am focusing on the Bontrager line of parts and accessories. I'd really like some specific feedback on saddles so if you have 5 minutes please click the link below for a 9 question survey-

Congrats on the new gig! :-)

Question 3 should be radio buttons, not check boxes (answers are mutually exclusive).

And best of luck in your new environs. Trek is fortunate to have you on their team.

In triathlon, there's a large interest in behind the seat storage (for water bottles or flat kits). A few saddles accommodate for this but most don't. I would give extra points to a saddle that allowed for a bottle cage mount or the like.

I'm on board with this as well. Bonus points if you can make the water bottle cage act as a suitable hook for a bike rack in a transition area.

Agreed. I noted this in my survey response. This is the thing I like most about my Sitero and I hope to see manufacturers expand on that in the future.

I am kinda surprised there has never been an attempt to do something like a heat moldable custom saddle. We seem to have realized that feet come in all shapes and sizes, so there are heat moldable footbeds and shims for making adjustments. I have never had a saddle that felt symmetrical, so I am guessing my sit bones aren't necessarily evenly shaped or spaced. I would pay a good chunk of cash for a seat that worked. Lord knows I have easily spent 1,000$ trying different saddles and everything still feels like a compromise.
