I will be in Norman Oklahoma for the long weekend. Any of you guys know some good routes to ride while I am out there?

South of highway 9 is good if you head east. Rolling hills, not very much traffic.
You could do the Norman Conquest loop (rated one of the best in the country) http://normanconquest.bicycleleague.com/nc14map.pdf
On Saturday mornings there are quite a few group rides in the OKC area. The "Early Risers Ride" leaves from Elemental Coffee at 6am in downtown OKC. They keep a fast pace, but there isn't any attacking. There are some slower groups rides in Norman too, but I don't know the exact details. You can call Buchanan Bicycles and find out.

Thanks! I'll give south of. 9 a shot. The In laws live right by 9.
Thanks again, I had some great rides on different parts of the Norman conquest route this weekend. Lots of open rolling roads and no stop lights made for some happy rides.
