Heading into the last week of taper before race week, and I have waaayyy too much energy. Couldn't sleep last night, was bouncing off the walls, so I started doing pushups at midnight. Did 30 of 'em before I realized that 1) I'm tapering, and 2) I haven't had any desire to do a pushup in about 10 years....
Then proceeded to eat everything in the fridge.
Did I just blow my taper?
