Happy Easter
I was just curious if the ST community tends to use holidays as rest days to spend with family, or takes advantage of the holiday to get in a long session. I'm taking the day off as recovery since I had a footrace yesterday, but I feel guilty about it...

Happy Easter!

I'm getting in a long run today, and then meeting up with my family to eat more calories than I burned.

Cheers and happy Easter!

Happy Easter!

What is this family thing of which you speak? Seriously, one child is on the west coast the other is grouting from college next month. It's me, the dog and the cat. I went for an easy 70 miler under sunny and bright blue skies, with our team. That's my idea of a damn near perfect day!

The only thing missing was beer...

Did a 40 miler on bike trails, under sunny sky's here in the Denver Area.

Got home, and ate a good chunk out of a chocolate bunny.

Now it's nap time, before Easter dinner.

Happy Easter to all!!
