Re: Sizing [DavidUK] [ In reply to ]

Hi, David,

Seat height should be measured from center of BB to top of the saddle ALONG THE SEAT TUBE LINE (which I realize seems to be an oxymoron). Definitely make sure you get that measurement sorted out. Google for "bike saddle height" when in doubt.

For 178mm guy to have a 77cm+ saddle height it does sound to be on the taller side. FYI -- so far people on size M generally fall under 172cm to 183cm (5'7" to 6' for the Yanks). So, without seeing your further stats and side on-bike photo, M seems to be the safer bet, especially since you need a decent amount of drop.

Cheers,

Im looking at getting a Falco. I have a couple questions:

are the TRP brakes the only ones that will fit for the front brakes? No way to get the Omega X in there?

the Omega X brakes will fit in the rear as long as it is an electronic setup? otherwise, only TRP?

can i use any stem/handlebar combo? I'm looking at the new TriRig Alpha X or Zipp Vuka Aero.

Thanks a lot !

I am no longer on Falco, but hope this helps:

TRP is only brake for front unless you change the front fork. I used Omega X on the rear, and yes I had Di2, not sure what would happen if you have mechanical, can't remember any reason it wouldn't work. Yes, any stem handle bar comb. I have Alpha Bars and TriRig Stem.

Hope that helps and best of luck with it.
