I would note you may need to wait a while on the Garmin phone line, I had to wait 45 minutes. They were incredibly responsive, and they also have a plan where they'll send you a refurbished unit for $150 deposit while you send yours back (I didn't get mine returned). I got my new one in about 5 days.
