I can't speak to the NJ location but I've been fitted by both Ian at the Vermont store and Dean at the Lexington store and have nothing but good things to say about both. My wife was fitted for her bike by Marty at the Peabody store and said the same thing. The consistency and quality of the experience at their shops is top notch.
