excited for my own 'epic camp'
granted, nothing like the ordeal in new zealand not so long ago, but exciting nonetheless. it's spring break for us at the university of cincinnati, and me and a few friends from the uc cycling club are spending six days in the south for training and racing. i'm pumped. not entirely sure of the distance, but probably about 50 miles/day in and around north carolina (at least some at beech mountain), and racing in st augustine on saturday, and knoxville on sunday. i'm looking forward to it, and i thought i'd share as i figured some of you may be interested/jealous. ah, the life of a college student (at least for the next three months). have fun, be safe, i'll catch you later,

Hey there,

just finished my own: 1050km or so bike, 12km swim and 110km run during the last 7 days. Posted it on Gordo's forum (titled ECOYO for EC on your own) and put some tips on it, and G. added more general comments that may be useful for you.

cheers and have fun!
