I hear rave reviews from the c24's dura-ace wheels, but anyone use the c35's? A little more aero, do they ride similar? (looking at clincher)

Yes, they are quite similar, laterally you'd think they'd be stiffer but there isn't much difference. They ride quite "light" for 1600g wheels. Being Shimano Dura-Ace of course they'll provide the overkill strength and legendary hub performance ShDA is known for.
With all the new 2013 stuff being annouced, I wouldn't be suprised to see these WH7900-C35-CL versions going cheap; they won't work w/ DA9000.

I recently obtained a pair of the C35's having previously ridden Edge 45's (both clinchers). I sold the Edge's with my previous road bike as the buyer wanted the wheels. I had expected that the C35's would not ride as well yet have been pleasantly surprised. In fact, on chip seal I think the Shimano's absorb vibration better as my bike does not seem to chatter as much. Also, with the aluminum braking surface, I think they brake better. Bottom line is I like them alot.

cheers for the responses guys. Was curious as i knew they were 'weighty'. They are about $600 more than the c24's on chain reaction from memory. I havent got either but have ridden the c24's, am just considering wether to get a set or go the slightly larger 35's.

Neither....
Decided 35's are prob a bit too shallow let alone c24's...have contemplated rs80's, but the same thing...are 50's a) deep enough and b) they arent toroidal. Am i wasting coin by getting 'V' shaped rims? ...so i looked at cosmic carbones as they have somewhat of a toroidal bulge, but are 50mm aswell. So i looked st srams s60's. Slightly heavier which i can forgive, reviews are quite mixed.
So in short. I have just confused the shit out of myself, have 'overthunk' it, and still have about $800 in my wallet scouring ebay.
