carbon rim and glue - help
I just got a smoking deal on a zipp 404. There is way to much glue on the rim and I wanted to clean it off. What can I use to take off the glue w/out effecting the integrity of the carbon? Thanks in advance.

Don't use any solvents on carbon rims...they will attack the epoxy holding the rim together. Get a metal putty knife and grind one of the corners down to match the contour of the rim. Then scrape the excess glue from the rim with the putty knife. Works great!
