So i Have not run in 2 weeks because of knee pain. The pain has subsided so I decided to run today when I noticed I had been favoring the knee that hurt because It hurts if I try to extend it past 90%
No swelling
No pain to the touch
no pain biking
it just seems to not want to straighten all the way, Any Ideas??
I have an ortho appointment in 2 weeks, just looking for ideas
