I could comfortably go out and do a Sprint right now based on my current Fitness level. And could probably finish and Olympic.But could I be ready to have a solid performance At Lake Raystown 100 days from now

Yep. Last December, I went from only running to a ~5:45 finish at the NOLA HIM in April. Just bike your butt off. Before late-December, I had not ridden a bike in ~20 years.

In my opinion, that's actually a pretty long 70.3 build, especially given your current fitness level. I am about to start a 14 week build to chatty 70.3 and am looking forward to it. I don't think you can really do a solid, focused build that's much longer than that (unless you are starting from scratch and need to include base).
