Hi all, so I think I've pushed my luck far enough in racing without a pump. I've taken pumps off for racing because I don't want to dirty up my aero bike with a frame-mounted cylinder, but I realize that's playing with fire.

So my question is: what is the most aero way to carry a pump/CO2 inflator? And while we're at it, what model has the highest performance to weight/drag ratio?

Thanks!

Co2 and inflator tucked under seat or in a dark speedworks top tube mount box.

Thanks, the Dark Speed Works bags look nice, and at 9 inches it could even hold a mini-pump.

Does anyone know if wind tunnel data comparing top tube bags? Looking aero doesn't always mean it actually is aero.

Thoughts (or data) on drag from carrying a mini-pump in a back jersey pocket?

I use good old electric tape

my pump is tight inside my aerobar. I also have a horizontal mount water bottle on top.
From an aero, I do not thing it create much drag as compared to frame mounted somewhere else.
those co2 are nice but having a pump "just in case" is a good safety.

This one is inside my DSWs bento on my SC.

There is still room for a tube, a CO2, patch kit and small doodads. I have had the misfortune of using both CO2s and needing a 3rd. Oops.
