I trained right through Harvey here in Houston. Granted I'm just a runner now so I didn't have to worry about bike and swim. Still I managed 88 miles over 8 the days, including 36 or so miles over the first three days when the significant rains were in the area. This includes also spending lots of time that week helping friends and family with their cleanup efforts.

EDIT: Btw, only one of my runs was on a treadmill - a 16 mile run on the day the storm hit when the winds were too high to be outside and safe. The other days were mostly just very wet with milder winds.

I don't plan on changing my training at all. I will be doing my long run sunday come hell or high water.

You sound like you are getting ready for an event.

I'm racing in Chatt this weekend. Flight home is supposed to be Monday. That's not happening and I have no idea when I will be able to get home to south Florida. Supposed to start IM training for IMFL after this race.

I'm in Tampa too.
Pool is closed for the next 4-5 days so I'll be doing stretch cords.
I'll do some SS bike and run tomorrow. Missing a few days is no big deal. I'll use it as some recovery.
