I have a cycleops trainer and quarq pm. I used the TR program last year and liked it. I just watched a quick youtube video on zwift and like it. Should I do one or the other or both?
I will most likely only do sprints this year, and I'm nervous about not getting a lot of training in due tobaby due in march.
