Hi, does someone on this forum work for Zipp? If so would u mind PMing me when you have a moment. I'm in Canada, my dealer wants me to pay postage one way $55 + $25 shop fee + $10 tubular removal plus tax. I don't see why I should be out of pocket anything for Zipps defect.
