HUGE thanks to Candice in their customer service department! I recently purchased a couple of Gorilla XT cages and during Florida 70.3 on Sunday one of my bottles launched. I reached out through Facebook explaining I was disappointed to have lost my Camelback bottle after spending the extra cash on what I thought was a more reliable cage. She replied letting me know they state on their site that this particular bottle had launching issues during testing, but they would be happy to replace it with an X-Lab bottle. Just when I was ready to eat crow for not properly reading about the product, solid company!
