I'm not sure about the aero data but you will get better braking with the Flo wheel bc of the aluminum break surface while the Williams 85 is an all carbon clincher and will provide a decent weight savings. I think both offerings are a good value and wouldn't hesitate to bring either to an A race.

I just raced IM Chattanooga 70.3 with a set of Williams 85 cc. I am very happy with my decision to purchase it. The reason I went with Williams as opposed to Flo is mainly the weight difference. I've ridden a lot with cc and I wasn't concerned about the braking. You just need to realize braking time is increased during wet conditions. You won't go wrong with either wheelset.
