Which aero helmet should I choose?
I'm looking at the Lazer Tardiz, Rudy Wingspan, or the Giro Air Attack. I've been using a Rudy Project Syton and it's time to upgrade. What have been the ST experiences with these helmets? Assuming they all fit me and are comfortable which is the better choice?

It really depends between people and position of which is the best can't really say if lazer or rudy are more aero without being in a tunnel but air attack is least aero. If you're gonna use the helmet for only racing then I wouldn't get air attack, I would personally get Rudy cause it has the shortest tail. I have a specialized evade I use for training and racing tho hear it tests similarly to a lot of full tail helmets

Among those choices I'd choose the Tardiz.

These could all be good for you, or really terrible. It really depends on you. The Giro Air Attack isn't really an aero helmet, so I'd eliminate that one (unless you want to road race with it). The Rudy Wingspan is pretty bad for most people in the wind tunnel. So the only one left on your list is the Lazer, but it's also terrible if you don't have the right position with it on. The Giro Advantge 2 or Selector tests best amongst a large sample of people who test in the wind tunnel, so these are usually pretty safe bets.

Look at the Specialized S-Works TT helmet. It's a really nice and aero helmet. http://www.specialized.com/...ad-helmets/sworks-tt

Thanks for the suggestions, I haven't really looked at the Giro Advantage. Where did you come across the testing data?

If it helps, I'm also in the market for an aero lid but wanted to avoid the full tail models.
I've narrowed my choices down to the Louis Garneau P-09 and the Lazer Wasp Air - some more options to consider if you haven't already.

If you are just guessing (don't have your own data then you are guessing) then it's hard to beat the A2. It tests "pretty good to good" on almost everyone's aero data I've ever seen, and it's cheap.

If that's not the answer you are looking for... buy the one you think looks the coolest and tell yourself it was best. Being happy is often worth more than being "best."

If only you could get your hands on one. I haven't found one for sale anywhere. I have been on order from my local shop for over three months.
