Seriously though. Sometimes I cycle hard to burn the calories cause Im thinking of PIZZA! What do you ride for?

 Got myself to the finish line of my last tri by telling myself that it would be worth it for the beer. Unfortunately there was no beer :(.

I'd read the nutrition label then put it back in the freezer. Too much sugar and too many things I can't pronounce in the ingredients.

After a ride give me a jar of almond butter and a spoon...

Either an ice cold Coke or Pepsi if I am near bonk or a can of Pringles if I'm dehydrated. If I don't want either of those I know I nailed my nutrition and hydration :)

I'm training for a half in September, and I'm down about 60 lbs. So far, I don't treat myself much. When I finish, I'm headed to the all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse. I'll probably end up with stomach issues, but it's going to be worth it.

...the problem with two-bite brownies is that you eat a big-ass brownie two bites at a time.
