What to do with 9hrs a week on the bike?
Doing mainly olympics up to 70.3.
Basically have 3 hrs each day on the weekend and 1.5 hrs on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Biking is the weakest of my 3 disciplines.
What's the best bang for my buck?
Just started training with power and have just tested to get my zones.
2x20 in the week and zone 2 on the weekends?

What say you?

Tue: 5x5@L5+60 min mid L3
Thur: 3x20@90%
Sat: Kitchen sink workout (google it if you are unsure, it is basically an structured all-intensities workout)
Sun: 3h L2

You will progress insanely fast on this.

The "kitchen sink" workout. Never heard of it. Just looked it up. Looks tough. Will give it a try.
Thanks.

the trainer during the week can give you some nice options, or some longer intervals and tempo riding, a solid block of tempo on one of the weekend days and a good solid hilly ride on the other. They don't both need to be 3 hours if that's feeling like too much, you could do 2 on one weekend day with some tempo built in
