I thought WKO did this type of analysis.

It would let you plot the data vs. time or distance. If the files aren't already reasonably synchronized, though, you'd be better off doing the analysis in e.g., Excel.

Golden Cheetah is great for this.

I've used it for this scenario on many occasions.

Does it have a synch function? That could be handy occasionally.

It's not a feature I've ever felt like I've missed TBH.

If I'm not comparing 2 entire files it's easy to create intervals within the ride file and compare them instead rather than the whole file if syncing is an issue.

Goldenchetah's Compare Pane allows to do this at activity level or even at interval level, which is useful to compare parts of a ride and/or to force alignment. For more advanced analysis as suggested by Robert you can use R embedded in GoldenCheetah.

I'm confused...are you're saying that it doesn't have a synch function, but just plots data vs. time/distance? Dozens of programs do that.

Which is exactly what the OP asked for so I suggested one that might be of use.

Perhaps you could help him out too by listing some of the dozens of programs that also might help him, other than Excel which you mention, so he can make an informed decision.
