What is the Wahoo Kickr latest firmware version

I believe that using the app, if you need an update you get a popup but is there a place to verify what the latest is? When I run the wahoo utility it shows the rev at 1.2.2

There are some beta firmwares available. Look up the Wahoo "secret swipe". Not sure what they fix, but apparently 1.3.8/1.3.22 run better when running multiple KICKRs from PerfPRO.

I picked mine up last week so I guess we have the latest. A bit surprised that they don't list the latest FW somewhere on their site.

If you're running a single KICKR then no need to upgrade to those BETA firmwares. They're BETA for a reason and won't give you any added benefit. A room full of KICKRs should only go BETA.

Single KICKR users should stick with the public v.1.2.22 version and make sure you have that same firmware option set in PerfPRO's KICKR settings. That and one ant stick is all you need.

That's not what they told me. I get random power spikes using my KICKR... and they have been trying to troubleshoot the issue. Here is the last Email from them... So yes... it is BETA, but supposedly helps more than just multi-user.

Hi Don,

We have a new firmware that we are beta testing that we hope solves the power spike issue. Do you remember how to load beta firmware on the KICKR via the "secret swipe" with Wahoo Utility? If not, I have provided some links showing the process.

Please use firmware version 1.1.3.22.

OK, thanks for that info. I was not informed of any power spike issues so I'll be talking with them soon.

Thanks again,
Drew.

No prob.... here's the thread I started. I have tried the last 2 BETA'S. Power spikes are very infrequent... maybe once per ride. Maybe none. Still occurring... but less frequently.

Here is a recent ride that shows the issue.
