Just wondering if you can ride Ironman Courses with this product, much like the computrainer…specifically looking for Ironman Mont Tremblant, and if so where would you find them..

Thanks

You can do it, but through trainer road. You drop the data from the course profile into the create feature within trainer road. I used it for lake placid. Should be the same instructions which can be located via the search feature. You will also be able to find the course profile file.

BKool, Tour de Giro, and CycleOps Virtual Training all have it as well.

Not entirely correct at least not quite yet I think on TrainerRoad. You can however download a Best Bike Split power plan and drag that into the workout creator which will give you the optimal power profile for any course, though there may be other ways with TR as well. Virtual Trainer, Bkool, etc do course simulations with a course profile and hopefully some bike drag/resistance settings . There are pluses and minuses of both. The upside (in my biased opinion) of the power (erg) based workout is that the Kickr will not do negative gradients (in sim mode) so you won't really get a good feel for what it will be like on course in sim mode. Also fairly certain VirtualTraining (not sure about BKool) doesn't take potential wind conditions into account in addition to the profile. For some races that becomes a pretty big deal.
