Vuelta Coverage USA and Canada
Guys,

With the Vuelta starting this weekend, what sources are you all using to view it in US and for those of us here in Canada what are you using. Would like to know the various options before we go into full out Bardet vs Froome vs Aru vs Contador rematch mode.

NBC Sports Gold. During the TDF you had the option when viewing live to watch with either Matt and Robbie as commentators or Paul and Phil. Hopefully that will be the case with the Vuelta.

I've been watching everything sans the big races via:

http://tiz-cycling.racing/stream-live/

Free, 1080hd, full coverage, no blackouts based on location, English.

Is NBC Sports TV coverage live like TdF or is taped like Tour of Colorado ?

Cool, thanks for that, I did not even now that website existed. Just watched highlights from stage 1 of the Tour of Taiwan!

I have it on the Olympic Channel in USA. Shows as live, but only a 2 hour show. So, probably just about one hour of the end of the race live.

That's crazy. Who would ever choose Matt and Robbie over Paul and Phil?

I checked for the Vuelta on the sports gold app. So far it's not listed which is odd considering it starts this coming Saturday just a bunch of soccer listed. Anyone else finding this?

The real name is "Colorado Classic"

Let's hope it's around long enough to get used to it [which should be a whole other thread]

Steephill & Cycling Fans were my go to until they sold out to Fubo. They no longer provide good links.

Tiz Cycling is the best option if ASO does not shut him down. ASO interrupted his TDF feed everyday.

I need to check if I have the Olympic Channel on Comcast/Xfinity

Me for one and I loved it. For the first few stages I didn't even realize there was an option and somehow ended up on the Matt and Robbie feed by default. When I realized there was an option I selected Paul and Phil and lasted maybe 5 mins before switching back. Not only were they dreadful but the commercial free version with Matt and Robbie was a nice bonus.

I am happy with either announcing crew, but the commercial-free version is so much more enjoyable, I pretty much always go that route. It's amazing how many commercials the Phil/Paul version has.

Matt and Robbie - coherent, intelligent, accurate, funny

Paul and Phil - senile rambling and overused cliches

Any of you Texas guys know if "he who shall be named" is doing the nightly WEDU peanut gallery analysis. I found those videos to be some of the best analysis of the racing during the TdF.

Maybe Logella can step in with some ST celebrities and fill the gap on the post race analysis paralysis....Sky/Team Tue sucks....no, Movistar left their secret juice in Puerto....Astana is done, they need Vino to come out of retirement....Contador is an idiot for attacking from 150k out, he should have contacted Tyler's unborn twin and loaded him up with Sevilla beef before that rest day transfusion.
