Visiting London With Bike - A Couple of Questions
Quote | Reply
I'm going to visiting my sister in London a few days and have my bike with me. A couple of quick questions:

1) Recommendations for routes? I'll be staying in the Queen's Park area of London
2) Nutrition ideas? I usually use Clif Bars and Bloks when I ride. I figured one option is ordering them off Amazon UK and having them delivered to my sister's place. Just looking for an economical solution, since I don't want to bring the added weight on the plane. I'll probably want to buy enough, since I'll be then going to France for 2 weeks.

Thanks for the help!

Just buy your nutrition here.
There are lots of cycling shops- for example;

275 West End Ln, West Hampstead, London, NW6 1QS

My recommendation is not to cycle towards London but head to somewhere nicer like Richmond, Surrey Hills (not really proper hills), or the Chiltern's.

You could get a train out and do the Chiltern100 - that's a pretty tough route - 2400m of climbing (actual sportive on 27th July) but GPS here http://humanrace.co.uk/...iltern-100-sportive/

Cheers
