A friend of mine from Norway is the RD of the Trollveggen sprint triathlon. It is a scenic and hard triathlon. Enjoy the video.
Swimming: Flat

Bike: 34k, 750 vertical meters (2,460 feet) of climbing the last 10k

Run: 5.7k, 750 vertical meters (2,460 feet) of climbing
