It is rather heavy on the PR but the interesting thing is that it says he is doing the World Under 23 race at Edmonton. He is not on the start list but as he re-tweeted the article yesterday, presumably he must be intending to enter.
I thought he had decided to concentrate on training until September. Any one with any inside info?
