Value of sworks shiv?

I'm new to tris, and am having a hard time figuring the out the value of TT bikes.

I have one guy trying to sell me his S-Works Shiv. It's 2012, great condition, comes with Di2, training wheels, a nice carbon rear wheel, no pedals. What is a bike like this worth Canadian?

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Also, is Di2 worth it?

Di2 is well worth it imo. couldn't help ya on pricing for the bike though. good luck!

I recently paid under $4,000 USD for a '12 Sworks w/ firecrest Zipps, sram red, and a Quarq. I think either the Given that you didn't mention a power meter and possibly only one carbon wheel, I would think the Di2 would make up for that. I wouldn't pay more than $4k USD under any circumstances for the bike as you describe.

Do you know the brand of the carbon real wheel? If it's a decent wheel I would offer him $3200 Canadian.
