Is switching from a TM02 to a P2 an upgrade or downgrade?

My understanding is they're about the same speed, but the P2 will be much easier to work on.
The point is, ladies and gentleman, that speed, for lack of a better word, is good. Speed is right, Speed works. Speed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit.

In what regard?
In my experience the faster one will be the one that fits you better, allowing for a more aero position.
As bike frames to work on, not much in it if I recall correctly.

The integrated rear brake on the TM02 is annoying to work on and requires that you remove the crank to change brake pads.

ddss is so right about this. The P2 is a great bike and it just works.

I gotta say that I never want to own a difficult-to-work-on bike ever again. I don't care if it costs me a few seconds of aero - NOT worth the headache for my non-KQ ability!
I didn’t have much to do with the back brake on the one I looked at to be fair. Then again I don’t have problems with the brakes on a Speed Concept.
