Unable to raise heart rate?
So I headed out for quick 30 tempo run with some strides mixed in and my heart rate would not get out if zone 2.

My strides would normally have me in zone 4. They almost felt to easy this morning?

My resting hr was normal when I woke this am, my sleep was so so.

During my strides my hr was about 20 Bpm lower then they should and when I stopped my hr dropped into zone 0.7 in a matter of seconds.

.

Is this over training??

Sounds like fitness to me (I am not a real doctor, just play one on the computer). If you were able to do the workout, maybe your HRM is off.

My fitness is good. Had no problem at all with the workout.

It just felt to easy and my hr would not get where it normally goes

Did you measure hr with finger and watch? Maybe your hr strap batteries are low

Try doing something else like biking and see if your hr is in the right place compared to previous workouts. Maybe battery or sick??
