I bike commute almost every day here in Boston. I like the format from the site below better and you can get civil twilight as well, which is when it actually gets dark. (Usually about 30 minutes after sunset) We've already gained 19 minutes of extra daylight from the earliest sunset on Dec 8th, and are gaining over a minute a day. For the morning types, you guys just had your latest sunrise on Jan 4th(ish).

Little known fact (at least, I don't *think* a lot of people know it) - your Garmin actually will display both sunrise and sunset times. When I ride in the winter, I often have one page of the display set to show:
Current Time of Day // Sunset

It is nice to know the timing of sunrises and sunsets.

March 11th, 2012, should be declared a national holiday.

Daylight Savings Time!

I don't ride in the dark (although I'll run after sunset). I can get in a 45 minute ride on the way home from school right now and I'll be up to a one hour ride by the end of the month. But it's sure nice to be able to get in a two hour ride after school in March without having to dash out of class and/or having to race the setting sun home.
